The Mighty Xi Chapter was founded on May 17th in 1992. This chapter of Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Inc. has proven the test of time by continuing to grow and strive with the help of men from all walks of life.

     We are the largest Latino-based fraternity in the world focusing on enhancing the community's understanding of different cultures, as well as that of Latino awareness. Following our principle of Cultural Awareness, our hope is to enrich the UIC and Chicago community through a diversity of ideas and events.
