BETACON
Betacon is the biennial national convention of Sigma Lambda Beta. All active collegiate and alumni entities attend along with hundreds of Brothers from around the world.
HOUSE OF DELEGATES
The House of Delegates is comprised of every eligible active chapter and alumni entity of Sigma Lamda Beta and is the highest body of the Fraternity.
Every two years the House of Delegates convenes to debate and approve new changes to the constitution of Sigma Lambda Beta.
LEADERSHIP
The Executive Board of Directors is elected by the House of Delegates at Betacon. The board is comprised of six alumni members one of which is the national chairman.
The Executive Board of Directors is responsible for the well being of the fraternity and long term success.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Betacon is a time to recognize our most outstanding Brothers and chapters. During the Ester Materon-Arun Awards Luncheon, we recognize Brothers who have earned the highest recognition possible: Salon de Hermandad.
Sigma Lambda Beta also recognizes our most outstanding chapter, undergraduate brother, and other awards.
BROTHERHOOD
While the primary purpose of Betacon is serious business it also serves as a great bonding moment for the Brothers who attend. It's rare that every chapter gets a chance to connect and meet one another. Ask any Brother who attends and they'll be sure to tell you their favorite Betacon story!
