House of Delegates

The House of Delegates is the highest governing body of Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, Inc.

It meets every two years during BetaCon.  Every undergraduate chapter and Alumni Network is eligible to send a delegate to the House of Delegates where they will vote on possible changes to the Fraternity's Constitution as well as Resolutions designed to provide guidance to the leadership from the membership at large.

Formal Business Meeting

The House of Delegates is the formal business meeting that takes place during BetaCon.   Members come dressed the part to handle the business of the Fraternity.

Constitutional Proposals

Any active member of Sigma Lambda Beta has the opportunity to write a proposal that can change the Constitution of the Fraternity.  Members have the opportunity to not only learn about the process of changing legislation, they practice it.

Resolutions

Resolutions provide a level of guidance and expectations for actions by the Fraternity and its leadership.  Past resolutions have included publicly supporting DACA and Dreamers, Supporting CPR Awareness, and voicing support for LGBTQ rights.
