What's Happening at BetaCon XL
House of Delegates
The House of Delegates is the official governing body of the Fraternity during BetaCon. Delegates representing chapters and Alumni Networks from across the country will gather to debate, discuss, and vote on legislation that will shape the future of Sigma Lambda Beta. Through thoughtful dialogue and democratic process, the House of Delegates ensures that the voices of our Brotherhood help guide the direction and priorities of the Fraternity.
Leadership Track
The Leadership Track offers educational sessions designed to strengthen the skills and knowledge of our brothers. Workshops and panels will focus on leadership development, professional growth, chapter management, alumni engagement, and personal development. Whether you are an undergraduate leader, an emerging professional, or a seasoned alumnus, these sessions will equip you with tools to lead in your communities and in the Brotherhood.
Alumni & Friends
BetaCon is a special opportunity for alumni and friends of Sigma Lambda Beta to reconnect, celebrate our shared history, and strengthen the bonds of Brotherhood. Alumni programming will include networking opportunities, social gatherings, and conversations about the future of the Fraternity. We invite alumni, supporters, and friends of Sigma Lambda Beta to join us in honoring the past while helping inspire the next generation of leaders.
History Displays
As we celebrate our 40th Anniversary, BetaCon will feature special history displays highlighting the legacy of Sigma Lambda Beta. These exhibits will showcase photographs, memorabilia, milestones, and stories from our founding through today. Brothers will have the opportunity to reflect on the journey of the Fraternity and celebrate the people and moments that shaped our Brotherhood.
Vendors & Exhibitors
BetaCon will host a vendor and exhibitor area where businesses, organizations, and partners can connect with attendees from across the country. Vendors may include fraternity vendors, small businesses, community organizations, and service providers who support the mission and values of Sigma Lambda Beta. Community Service
During our time in Tampa, Sigma Lambda Beta will give back to the community that welcomes us. Through a large-scale service project and a collection drive supporting Florida residents, we reaffirm our commitment to service and our responsibility to uplift the communities around us.

BetaCon 2026 will take place at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel, a stylish hotel just minutes from Tampa International Airport and steps from premier shopping and dining. Brothers and guests can enjoy modern accommodations while staying close to all convention activities.
