LEADERSHIP
The primary purpose of Leadership Insitute is to train the young and bright leaders of our fraternity. The Brothers will take back useful and tangible skills they can immediately apply at their local chapters.
SHARING
We share among each other knowledge, best practices, ideas, and viewpoints. The programming of Leadership Insitute is developed by an all-volunteer group of alumni Brothers. Guest speakers are also brought in to inspire, educate, and inform our brotherhood.

REFLECTION
Our Brotherhood is comprised of many vastly different experiences. Through those diverse backgrounds, we form a fraternity that is unique in the world.
