Payment Terms
Return Policy
Refund for Event Registration – Event registration cancellations are accepted through the announced deadline per event. Cancellations prior to an event may be eligible for a refund (See Membership Attendance Requirements in SLB-086 and non-attendance fees in SLB-013). If a non-attendance fee applies, the amount paid for the event registration will be applied to the balance of the non-attendance fee. No refunds/credits are issued after the appropriate cancellation deadline.
Refund for Donations/Gifts – Please contact us within 30 days from the date of your donation if you identify an error in the amount of payment or to report unauthorized usage of your credit or debit card. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
