Gamma Delta Chapter Help to Host the 26th Annual Fuentes Culturales Academicos Conference at Sonoma

This past Saturday, Brothers of the Gamma Delta Chapter at Sonoma State University teamed up with several organizations to host the 26th Annual Fuentes Culturales Academicos Conference. People from all over the community (as close as Santa Rosa and as far as the cities along the California’s northern state border) came as early as 4am to join students, faculty and staff with series of programs, events, and activities.

More than 200 parents and children attended the event, ranging from about 25 Schools, between grades 4 to 12, and out of 22 of California’s Northern counties.

Gamma Delta Chapter partnered up with organizations such as the Migrant Education Advisor Program, California Mini-Corps, Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc., Sonoma State Office of Admissions, and the Sonoma State EAP and Outreach Programs. People that were in attendance were welcomed to Darwin Hall for Food and Refreshments, Live entertainment, Arts & Crafts, along with several keynote speakers.

We commend our Brothers of the Gamma Delta Chapter for helping out and providing that mentorship to many students who attended the event.
